1. Overview
At Ceylon Green Market, we strive to deliver high-quality Sri Lankan products and services. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or tour booking, we are here to help.
2. Return Eligibility (Products)
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK).
Return Conditions:
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required
- Return request must be submitted via email to support@ceylongreenmarket.co.uk
Items NOT Eligible for Return:
- Opened or used nutrition powders, teas, or personal care items
- Perishable or fragile goods like live plants or fresh seeds
- Customized or made-to-order clothing
- Items marked non-returnable in the product description
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Items returned without contacting us first
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service
- Returned items must be sent to our UK return address provided during the return request
4. Refunds (Products)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Deductions may apply for damaged or incomplete returns
5. Exchanges
We do not offer automatic exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ceylongreenmarket.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photo(s) of the item and packaging
We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, credit, or full refund (including postage, if applicable).
7. Tour Bookings – Cancellation & Refunds
We understand plans can change. For Sri Lanka tour bookings:
Full Refund:
- Cancel 30 days or more before the tour start date
Partial Refund (50%):
- Cancel 14–29 days before the tour
No Refund:
- Cancel within 13 days of the tour start date
- No-show or last-minute cancellations
Note: Refunds exclude any non-refundable costs such as visa fees, airline bookings, or hotel deposits already paid.
8. How to Request a Return or Refund

- Your name and order number
- Product or service details
- Reason for the return/refund
- Photos (if applicable)
We aim to respond within 2 working days.
